Designed for mummas navigating the beautiful (and sometimes blurry) transformation of matrescence, this Rise experience offers space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the woman behind the role.
Your day will gently guide you through:

Our day together is held with compassion, slowness, and safety at its core. It’s a safe space to pause, to breathe, and to begin releasing what no longer serves you — at your own pace.
