About the retreat
Healing the Father Wound Retreat
Our relationship with our father or father figure can shape so much more than we often realise. Whether through absence, emotional distance, inconsistency, criticism, loss or unmet emotional needs, these early experiences can quietly influence how we see ourselves, trust others, form relationships and navigate the world around us. It's important to note that the father wound isn't about blame. It's about understanding.
This nurturing one-day retreat offers a safe, trauma-informed, supportive space to gently explore the patterns that may have developed as a result of these experiences, helping you move from awareness into healing with compassion and kindness.
Throughout the day, we'll explore how the father wound can show up in everyday life, including:
People-pleasing and perfectionism
Seeking external validation
