About the retreat
Winter can be beautiful, but it can also bring a lot — expectations, plans, family dynamics, financial pressures, endless lists and the feeling that you're responsible for making everything magical for everyone else.
Winter Sanctuary is about making some space for you before all of that begins.
We'll spend 3.5 cosy hours together slowing down, creating, reflecting and exploring what you actually need from the season ahead — including simple tools around rest, boundaries, protecting your peace and giving yourself permission to do winter differently.
