About the retreat
As the seasons begin to shift and life starts to move into a slightly slower rhythm, come and spend a gorgeous afternoon making a little space for yourself.
We'll gather in a beautiful, cosy setting for 3.5 hours of creativity, reflection and connection - painting/decorating your own ceramic pumpkin to take home, enjoying autumn treats and drinks, exploring some gentle coaching and journalling prompts, and finishing with a card pull and sharing circle.
There is nothing to prepare and nowhere else you need to be. Come exactly as you are - everything will be waiting for you. 🤎
